Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Foxies Bakeshop does not accept returns or exchanges.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your package and we will be happy to assist you.
We can only cancel your order and issue a refund if your cookies have not been baked. Please let us know A.S.A.P and we will do our best to issue a refund. However, such request may not be possible due to order processing and production schedule.
