How long do our cookies stay fresh for?
Our cookies stay fresh for a minimum of 10 days, heat sealed or in an air tight container. Alternatively, cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months. Cookies can also be warmed in the microwave for 10 seconds or placed in the oven @ 350 degrees F for 5-8 minutes, depending on how soft you want your Foxie cookie. For that ooey gooey consistency, leave cookies in for the maximum time.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are baked fresh, to your order. Foxies Bakeshop makes every effort to fulfill all orders and ship/deliver them out within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. For orders located within the GTA turnaround time is 1-2 business days. If your order requires shipment depending on location, it can take between 1-6 business days. All orders get shipped out from Monday- Thursday as our shipping provider does not deliver on weekends.

Are you Nut Free?
Some of our products do contain nuts, therefore we are not a nut free facility.

How big are Foxies Cookies?
Each Foxies cookie is 4-4.5 ounces depending on the flavour. That's a quarter pound! We stuff them with various chocolates, brownies, nutella and other yummy goodies to give you the ultimate cookie experience!
How much is Shipping?
Shipping costs will vary based upon your location in Canada and The USA. Shipping costs are set fees based on the couriers' rate. Costs are calculated based on the weight of the cookies and the size of the shipping box. Each cookie weighs between 4-4.5 ounces.
How do I order an assorted box?
Please choose boxes in the drop down section and choose Foxies assorted box with the quantity you'd like. The minimum amount to purchase online is 8 cookies. If you want to purchase in store there is no minimum.
How can I purchase a gift card?
We have online e-gift cards for purchases on foxiesbakeshop.com. You can also purchase physical gift cards in-store for in-store purchases. Unfortunately you can only use e-gift cards online and physical gift cards in store only.
Where do you deliver?
We offer delivery and shipping all across Canada and the USA. We are not responsible for any errors in delivery information provided to us regarding delivery address information. You can also order same-day delivery of cookies on Uber Eats, Doordash, Skip the Dishes and Fantuan in Toronto!
